I need to study english

until now ,i told myself:i need to study english ,but there are so much reason that i can't speak or do something with english.

today,one thing suggest me,my friend ask me what about my exam.the exam is national,and i must pass it,or i would success to win the degree.

i need to practice it more than understand it.

no swear,just do it!
