原因是：
你沒有說清楚先後順序，
先備份，把數據文件複製過去，再在mount狀態下創建standby 控制文件！！！！！！

- 1、primary端tnsping jsspdg看是否通的
2、standby端select database_role from v$database看看当前数据库角色是啥~~
