在EBS中配置Notification Mailer常见错误

解决方案：

1》 把outlook发送邮件的内码改为无即可

2》 Apply patch 4676589

故障三：

当被通知人的默认语言是中文，被通知人回复邮件后，邮件能到达process目录，但是通知无法关闭，始终是open send状态，再过一段时间，被通知人还会受到一封退信，内如如下：

警告：您以前对此消息的回复无效（请参阅下面的错误消息）。 请重新提交回复。

错误消息：3003: Lookup code '审批' is not a valid code for lookup type 'PO_POAPPRV_APPROVE_ACTION'.错误堆栈：&MAIL_ERROR_STACK

故障解决：

这种问题需要patch4514925来解决,参照Note:418929.1

Symptoms

When responding to a notification via e-mail in languages other than english, receiving error:
'CJ+L0C9[9mXQJ:U Q+[0Lookup code '' is not a valid code for lookup type (this happens with all
k} Sl~M?v8h0notifications and hence, lookups types)

Cause

The mailer is unable to interpret other languages other than the base install language. This was found to be due to the nature by which the ResponseLookupCache and the IMAPInboundProcessor were initialized.
