ORACLE10G认证考试相关问题

1.到网上查询确认每一门考试成绩，查询方法请参考Kamus的《ocp完全指南》。

注意：
在http://www.register.prometric.com
新注册用户查询的，一定要将通讯地址写清楚，因为在这里注册的信息将更新prometric数据库中的考生信息。

在确认通过考试的每一门课程都通过了之后，可以打电话咨询。

2.如果在Oracle自己的考试中心考试，那么可以打800-810-9931。
在prometric考试中心考试的，打010-82619995。

如果在prometric考试但打oracle的电话，将得到需要和prometric联系，并请你留下联系方式，以后再通知你的信息，这个一般不太可靠。所以还是直接打prometric的电话比较直接。

3.在打电话确认考试需要的每一门课程都通过了之后，建议先到你考试时填写的地址邮箱去查看一下，因为现在有些时候是使用普通信件邮寄的，并没有通过DHL投递。

如果确认信箱里没有证书邮件，现在需要给fulfillment@prometric.com写信说明已经通过考试并且
要求重新投递。

在e-mail中一定要加上以下信息：

在给fulfillment@prometric.com的e-mail发出之后，很快就可以收到自动回复说将在两个工作日之内答复，如果没有收到自动回复就重新发送e-mail。

自动回复如下：

然后在两个工作日之内一般可以收到类似下面的e-mail：

这样就可以等着证书的到来了。

如果在写信要求重寄的日期距离打印投递的日期不足一个月，一般会收到类似以下的答复：

此时，还是等距离投递日期足够一个月之后再写信要求重寄吧。或者参考以下做法：

2。然后通过114得到本地顿豪电话再查邮件去向、原因
3。在给北京kun.yang@oracle.com发邮件说明情况然
4。很快得到美国回信说3周后会收到证书（其实一周就收到拉）
留地址时一定留上自己的电话不然可能还送不到（我8I很顺利收到就1周，谁知9I怎么搞的，第二重新次送的时候幸亏给我打电话才联系上，是送邮件的人找错地方拉！）

Prometric网站考试成绩查询方法：

一。如果您的考试是在prometric授权考试中心进行的，你可以到prometric官方网站确认你的考试结果！ 打开网站地址：

https://www.register.prometric.com/login.asp

二。你会看到一个登录页面。当然，如果你没有注册过你的prometric id，你是无法登录的。
那么，请选择下面的are you a new user? 随后单击click here进入考生注册页面。

三。这时，你会看到一个长长的表单。如果你并未拥有prometric id（就是以sp、sr开头的考生号），那么请不要填写testing id。如果你已经在prometric考试中心考过，那么肯定有一个考生号，就在testing id中正确填写它。然后继续填写下面带有*号的选项。注意，应和你在prometric考试中心注册时所提供的信息保持一致，当然必须都是英文的。填写完毕后点击next，随后你就可以设置自己的帐户密码和查询密码的问题了。

四。请注意，电子邮件非常重要，因为你的user id就是你的电子邮件地址，所以务必使用一个可用的邮箱地址，推荐hotmail。

五。当所有的步骤完成后，你会收到一封prometric发给你的邮件，里面有你刚才所填写的注册信息。

六。已注册的，已有帐号后，请点击https://www.register.prometric.com/login.asp页面，
使用你注册的user id（就是电子邮件地址）和密码登录。

在你登陆进去后点一下 IE浏览器 的后退!!!

你会看到左侧的test takers栏目下面有如下一些项目：
　　 ·locate a test site 查询考试中心
　　 ·schedule an appointment 网上预约考试（目前对于中国考生不能用）
　　 ·exam fees 查询考试费用
　　 ·re-schedule/cancel 重新预约/取消考试
　　 · candidate history 考试记录
　　 ·update personal information 更新个人信息
　　 ·change password 修改密码
　　 ·change country/state 更改国家/省份

找到并点击 candate history 就可以看到你的考试记录了！

关于Hands-on Course Requirement的填写指导

鉴于大家对这方面的问题比较多，所以单独发个帖，希望会有用！

Hands-on Course Requirement Form的填写注意点
        首先，大家要明确，需要填写Hands-on Course的是哪些人：
        第一、要领取OCP或者OCM证书且已经参加过相应的课程培训的学员。（OCA不用填写）
        第二、在2002年9月1日前参加第一门Oracle9i DBA OCP考试的学员不必填写。
        第三、升级Siebel 证书．（但是升级现有Oracle DBA OCP证书的学员不必再次填写）
　　第四、Oracle Academy students, Oracle Academic Initiative students, Oracle Internet Academy students, Oracle Workforce Development
Program students

        其次，请在填写Hands-on Course Requirement Form之前准备好以下内容：Prometric ID, Enrollment ID, and Course Start Date.
        以上三个数据是一定要准确无误。填写Hands-on Course实际上是对个人的信息认证，通过这些Oracle和Prometric才能核对你的培训及考试记录，否则无法颁发认证证书。

1、链接www.oracle.prometric.com网址，填写Prometric ID and password 进入页面。第一次进入的话，请进入Creat an Account进行密码等设置。

2、在注册个人信息时，需要输入个人收证书的邮寄地址。这个地址要求用英文填写，且有字数限制，所以请务必言简意赅。
       邮寄地址千万不要出错！否则就算Oracle寄出证书，学员也无法收到。

3、进入主菜单，请选择保密考试，在保密考试的关键码里面输入密码（Keycodes for the Hands On Course Requirement）。主要课程的密码如下：
       Oracle Datebase 10g Administrator Certified Professional------------10gcourse
       Oracle Datebase 10g Administrator Certified Master------------------ocmcourses
       Oracle 9i Datebase Administrator Certified Professional--------------9icourse
       Siebel 7.7 Certified Consultant----------------------------------------------77consultcourse
       Siebel 7.7 Certified Business Analyst---------------------------------------77bacourse
       Oeacle E-Business Suite 11i Financials Certified Professional Consultant Waiver Form----------finwaiver

4、按要求完成选择题目。（题目并不是按顺序逐道做的，而是类似于心里测试题，序号是跳跃的。）
       第1题：请输入Prometric ID No#
       第2题：Which format of training didi you attend?
                   请选择选项：ILT＝Instructor Led Training
       第6题：Did you complete your hands-on course as part of these programs or organizations?
                 按照实际情况选择"No"或者"Yes"。
       第8题： Provide the name of the facility where you took your course.
                   请用英文回答,如果你是在北京参加的培训，请输入“PGC_CN_BEIJING";在上海的请输入”PGC_CN_SHANGHAI"，以此类推。
       第9题：Provide your course Registration Number(if available)
                   Registration Number，即Enrollment ID。这个你在Oracle大学参加完原厂培训后所发的培训证书（米黄色的A4纸）上可以查询到。
       第10题：Select the title of the course you attended.
                   若你参加的课程在选项中没有列出，请选择"other"，然后系统会要求你输入课程的英文名称。
       第12题：请提供你参加原厂培训的课程开始时间。以“日－月－年”的英文形式填写。请务必保证时间正确。
       第13题：请输入参加培训的所在城市及国家名称。如：BEIJING,CN
       第14题：请输入“Y"或者"Yes"，然后点击”下一页“

5、所有题目完成，等待信息认证的确认结果。系统会自动发出邮件确认，30天内会将证书寄出。


Hands-on Course Requirement Form填写错误后的补救方式


1、如果在提交前就发现自己有地方填写错误，请在30天后请更正信息重新提交。或者在同一个Prometric ID之下重新注册帐户信息。
2、如果提交后发现自己填写错误，那么请按如下步骤操作：
       第一、请等待7-30天，在此期间您将会收到Prometric与Oracle发出来的邮件；
       第二、收到邮件后，请写封邮件至：OCPREQ_ww@oracle.com（如果您参加的 是OCP的考试的话）；
       第三、邮件的Title为：9i/10g ocp certificate successful kits request；
       第四、邮件的内容：必须包含个人信息+考试时间（最后一门考试结束的时间） +培训课程名称+Enrollment ID+培训开始的时间+培训地点+培训机构
       第五、发送邮件，等待证书寄送。

       基本上就是这样一个步骤，如果大家还有什么问题，可以继续跟帖发问。

Obviously,the certification and member card was lost by China Post’s badly delivery.

在发上面邮件之前应该先确认证书是否被发出

你需要写邮件至OCPREQ_ww@oracle.com去查询你的证书状态，以便搞清楚你没有收到证书的原因。查询证书状态的邮件不是自动回复的，由OCP Team的工作人员回复。但是邮件写得正确与否也是收到回复的重要原因。最好的方法你还是去打电话去“800-810-9931”去咨询下。
