lsnrctl start 出现以下错误：
TNS-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00527: Protocol Adapter not loadable

The listener must have both read and write access on $TMPDIR, i.e. /tmp.
This same problem has also been observed if write access is denied to /var/tmp.
Solution
Change the permissions on $TMPDIR to allow the listener to both read and write.
