  I bought it paper-based, and it is a pretty good book for the beginners and streamline this knowledge points with author's experience. But so many blank space probably for your notes . and acccopanying cd is great according to their introduction , however you have to pay a great deal of much or buy at least 15 copise. Shame on that.
