  电信行业SOA架构遭遇冷遇在IBM，HP，SAP等全球大牌IT厂商的推动下，SOA架构正在受到业界普遍的重视，但是很遗憾SOA架构在电信行业受到普遍的冷遇。笔者日前在采访中国网通技术部门负责人时，得到的反馈确实令人感到惊奇。这位负责人认为，电信行业中的业务系统中是以秒级来计费，而业务系统的设计在毫秒级，虽然SOA架构简化了接口连接，可重用和模块化设计可以缩短开发周期并保护以往IT投资，但是信息传递途径则由二进制代码改编成XTML，通用性的好处带来的弊病则是效率减低，无法匹配电信级应用。这位负责人还认为目前尚没有高效
