CO number range assignment

在KANK维护CO document的number range assignment时，缺少一些CO Business Transactioin ，查看了note ：4958 ，好象是系统bug -_-!!!

Solution:

1. Run Transaction OKC1 to check which business transactions must
\*@"hU nj^0   exist. OKC1 shows these in a list.
7`Ag/Kb?p4pQ02. Check Table TKA04 using Transaction SE16 (general table display).

   exist for the controlling area, you must generate the missing

hEHs0]\%Bf7g5]03. Call up Report RKTKA04C using Transaction SE38. Read the
K] @.I6B.e{0   documentation. The report creates the entries that are misiing.
