• system or process? warehouse or distribution? project or analysis?

  小弟最近刚开始在一家汽车公司总部的售后部门工作此部门的工作主要是汽车配件的供应链物流规划，目前正在实施一个全球的供应链项目，主要是设计规划物流过程，系统安装调试维护我的职位是business application analysis根据个人兴趣以及公司要求，方向会在process和system中选择，职能会在material management, warehouse management和distribution management中选择（warehouse用的是Redprairie的产品，一家warehouse系统排名第2的供应商，material和distribution用的是sap的系统）今后的发展可能会是project man

• 薪酬请教

  一个朋友在欧洲工作，某知名公司做物流分析，3年经验，混到一个小项目经理，国外硕士毕业具体工作是wms的实施，整合，维护，内部咨询等，工作语言是英语目前有回国发展的打算但是不知道国内的薪酬水平如何叫我帮忙打听一下我自己也不是很清楚来这里请教一下大家~~~谢谢了！
